Also there is a website http://www.youtube.com/russ181 where two of Milo’s friends put up short videos of him. There is a new one every month, and the validity of the videos has been confirmed. One of them can fly, one of them can read minds, one is a killer and one may destroy New York… The Works explores the phenomenon of Heroes with its creator Tim Kring and the cast Heroes is the brainchild of its 50-year-old executive producer Tim Kring. In his 25 years in Hollywood, writing for Knight Rider and Strange World, serving as producer on Chicago Hope and Providence, he has experienced nothing quite as fervent as the public support for this show.“It seems to have tapped into a Zeitgeist,” Kring offers. “Looking at what’s happening in the world, with global warming and diminishing resources and terrorism, there’s a sense that people want a wish fulfillment. As if somebody is going to rise up among us, just like you and me, and be able to do something about it.”

For fans of the TV show Heroes currently suffering from withdrawal until it’s return on April 23rd, they can at least content themselves with some casting news for one of the stars. Variety reports that Milo Ventimiglia, has signed to star in the thriller Pathology for Lakeshore and MGM. The story centers on a group of medical students who devise a competition to see who can commit a crime that even their fellow pathologists could not figure out. First-time feature director Mark Scholermann will helm the picture, and the cast includes Lauren Lee Smith; fresh off the horror flick Trick ‘r Treat (produced by Bryan Singer), and Alyssa Milano.
