Heroes star Milo Ventimiglia has started developing a new comedy pilot for FX.

Drones focuses on a group of drone pilots in Nevada who commute to war, Deadline says.

Ventimiglia is not currently expected to star in the dark comedy, although that could change.

He is developing the show with author Chad Kultgen, who previously worked on the pilots Waiting To Die and Southern Comfort.

As for the publisher’s other Marvel title, X-Men Destiny, the game’s three heroes will be voiced by Heroes star Milo Ventimiglia, Friday Night Lights actor Scott Porter and The Hangover Part II actress Jamie Chung.

X-Men Destiny is an action game that allows players to choose between one and three young mutants as they attempt to build their reputation while working with the mutant superhero team.

Set in a bunker-like Manhattan basement immediately following a nuclear attack, The Divide is the violent and disturbing story of what happens when you’re stuck in a enclosed space with strangers and the end of the world is right outside your door. Now imagine seeing The Divide not in a movie theater but in a similar dark, dank basement with a very small audience. That’s what they’re doing at Comic-Con. While summer TV is often regulated to reruns and reality TV shows, G4 is about to make things a whole lot more interesting. G4 is teaming up with Marvel to launch both a Iron Man anime series and a Wolverine anime series. The two original Marvel anime series will premiere on Friday, July 29 at 11 PM ET. The series will consist of twelve half-hour weekly episodes with interconnecting storylines. There will also be cameo appearances by several popular Marvel characters.

Heroes Stars Adrian Pasdar and Milo Ventimiglia will both have voice roles in the new anime series. Adrian Pasdar will be the voice of Tony Stark in Iron Man, and Milo Ventimiglia will be the voice of Wolverine.

Here’s the description for the Wolverine anime series: “Based on the popular graphic novel by Chris Claremont and Frank Miller, the series begins when Mariko, the love of Logan’s life, is forced back to Japan by her crime-lord father, Shingen. Logan vows to get her back at any cost. He is plunged into a chaotic world of corruption and violence, forcing him to team up with young assassin, Yukio, to battle their way through the Japanese criminal underworld.”
